About us

Aid Initiative to Support Vulnerable & Idle People (AISVIP) is a non-governmental, non-profit organization committed to improving the lives of vulnerable and underserved populations across Nigeria—particularly in the Northeast region. Driven by compassion and guided by integrity, AISVIP works to empower individuals and communities affected by conflict, poverty, displacement, and environmental challenges.

Our History

AISVIP was founded in 2016 by a group of passionate individuals who shared a vision to contribute meaningfully to humanitarian development. The organization was officially registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) on 17th July 2018 as a national, non-political, and non-profit entity. Since then, AISVIP has grown into a recognized humanitarian organization, accredited by the Borno State Committee on Humanitarian Response (BOSCHR) and recommended by the State Emergency Management Agency (SEMA).

Through strategic partnerships with UN agencies and other international organizations, AISVIP has expanded its reach and impact across multiple communities in Borno and Yobe States.
